Expect marvellous weather. Crowds will throng beaches and cities, and Patagonia is at its best with bright blue skies and mild temperatures; book well in advance for hotels. July is the peak season for skiing; expect resorts to fill up fast.

Shoulder ( Mar - Apr , Jul , Sep - Nov )

Expect the most clement temperatures. Buenos Aires comes into its own in these months. Plan a trip to the Lake District. Enjoy the wine harvest season in the Mendoza valley, a perfect time for wine festivals and tastings.
