    Day 1 : Arrive GVA Geneva International Airport
    Your VIP driver will meet you just outside of customs to assist with luggage, transfer to Verbier (2h). Meet & greet with Epic Europe; assistance with check-in @ your hotel, the W Verbier 5*. Bike & gear fitting, resort orientation and “apero” to discuss the daily itinerary, biking abilities and answer any questions you may have. Dinner at
    Restaurant "Eat – Hola” - W Verbier. Tapas bar, infuses local products from the Valais with Spanish flare prepared live by the chefs, with wine parings from the region and abroad. Chef Sergi Arola, protegé of Ferran Adria – El Bulli (two Michelin stars for his restaurant "Gastro" in Madrid) remixes his renowned Spanish cuisine with local Swiss products.

    Day 2 : Warm up day Verbier - Verbier Bike Park & Enduro trails

    Ride in Verbier, lift-accessed downhill and enduro trails or cross country dirt roads on Ruinettes/Médran area, on mountain lunch at Marlénaz restaurant, one of our favorite restaurants with a striking view on the Combins and Mont Blanc Massif. Singletrack all the way to the valley floor and gondola back to Verbier. Dinner at Restaurant “Al Capone”, wood-fired pizzas and Italian specialties.

    Day 3 : Biking in Verbier and surroundings

    Bike Verbier & Val de Bagnes trails: Shuttle rides to the surroundings trails of Bruson, Mauvoisin and Mayens de Sarreyer. In the afternoon stop at a local from agerie for a visit and cheese-tasting. Dinner at Restaurant Le

    Rouge. Cuisine du terroir; overseen by a chef who has sharpened knives alongside the best in the profession. An unexpected refined menu inspired by fresh, quality produce from Burgundy to the Aosta Valley.

    Day 4 : Verbier to Val d’Anniviers with en-route wine tasting

    Transfer from Verbier to Col des Planches. Ride down to Martigny on one of our favorite singletracks in the region or by dirt road, ending up the apricot orchards - a drop of more than 2000m. Stop at a renowned winemaker in the Rhône Valley for a visit and tasting among the vines. Shuttle transfer to St-Luc (1h). Check in at your hotel,

    Day 5 : Biking in St-Luc

    Riding in Val d’Anniviers: several options above St-Luc depending on riders’ wishes (cross country, enduro or downhill oriented). Sentier des Planètes as a cross country option, Sierre-Zinal trail as an enduro option or possibility to ride the St-Luc/Chandolin bike park for a more downhill day. Dinner at Restaurant “Chez Ida” (Hotel Bella Tola). Local ingredients prepared in a refined French style, special wild game menus during the hunting and harvest season.

    Day 6 : Biking Val d’Anniviers and transfer to Zermatt

    Biking in Val d’Anniviers: leisurely biking along Moiry Dam and in the Alpages between Grimentz & Vercorin. This can be combined with a cheese experience. Stop in Vissoie for lunch and a special tasting of the Vin des Glaciers (Glacier wine) - a legendary vintage that can only be tasted in Grimentz village’s wine cellars. The story behind glacier wine is extremely unique: the casks are never completely emptied, and each year new wine is added. The oldest drops can be over 125 years old! Shuttle transfer to Zermatt (1h-1h30). Check in @ your hotel, the Hotel Cervo 5*, Zermatt. Dinner at Cervo Puro (Hotel Cervo). With its 14 Gault Millau points and authentic mountain cuisine, the Stuba is one of the local Zermatters’ favorites.

    Day 7 : Biking in Zermatt

    Biking in Zermatt: featuring trails with a lot of flow, long descents, and the most beautiful views in the Alps under the legendary Matterhorn, Zermatt is a mountain biking paradise. In the morning board the Gornergrat train with your bike. The epic downhill run from Gornergrat to Zermatt offers everything that mountain bikers could wish for, including huge glacier views and trails full of variety. On-mountain lunch at Chez Vrony - Findeln, one of our favorite restaurants with a striking view of the Matterhorn. Afternoon on Sunnegga/Rothorn area on single tracks or Bikepark runs. Dinner at “Da Guiseppe”, the local’s favorite Italian restaurant - home cooking like your nonna used to make, with an irreverent atmosphere.

    Day 8 : Biking in Zermatt

    Gondola Matterhorn Glacier Paradise to Schwarzsee, the wide-open mid-alpine terrain under the North Face of the mighty Matterhorn. For an added bonus, ride up the Valpelline valley to the base of the Zmutt Glacier, for an up-close view of the impressive ice caves, waterfalls, and moonscape below the ice.     See, in our estimation, the best on-mountain restaurant in the world, served in a little courtyard amongst chalets from the 1700’s. Dinner at Le Gitan, family-run authentic Zermatt cuisine to end up a perfect biking trip.
